1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and services (the "Services") operated by GIDIDASH LTD ("GidiDash", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The GidiDash Marketplace

GidiDash operates a technology platform that connects customers with independent local vendors and independent riders for on-demand delivery. GidiDash is not the seller of vendor goods and is not a common carrier; vendors are responsible for the goods they offer, and riders are independent contractors responsible for delivery.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Vendors and Riders

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and safety of items sold, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Riders operate as independent contractors and are responsible for timely and safe delivery of orders in accordance with applicable laws.
• GidiDash may suspend or terminate vendor or rider accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

5. Payments

Payments made through the Services are processed by third-party payment processors. Prices, fees, and applicable charges will be displayed prior to order confirmation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating any law, infringing on the rights of others, or interfering with the proper functioning of the Services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIDIDASH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
